Want to start a new frenzy of inexpensive creative activity? Start an Art Card Swap. Each person decorates a piece of card stock the size of a playing card. There are no rules for what materials can be used. Invite all the art card makers (using art card invitations of course!) to lunch or coffee and swap your pieces of art. Do this on a regular basis and soon you’ll have an incredible variety of creations ready for display.
Need some ideas to get started?
Pretty in Pink—All art cards must have pink on them.
Purse-sonality—A purse has to make an appearance on each card.
Showers of Blessings—Write down a prayer of blessing.
Lookin’ Good—Include glasses, mirrors or photos on each card.
Oh, Baby!—Draw or glue cute baby items on a card.
You Said It!—Paste, draw or kiss some lips on your card.
