autumn greetings,
friendz!
Here in our neck of
the woods in Missouri, the air is crisp in the morning and the leaves have just
a hint of color. Something  about this time of year energizes me. I think it’s because God
reveals some of His most creative work. From the abundance of harvest produce to
the riot of colorful leaves displayed throughout the beautiful Ozark Mountains,
His handiwork is evident.
My heart swells in praise to Him for
creating such intricate scenes to enjoy. It also makes me want to don overalls
and learn to play bluegrass, but I digress...
Ah, yes, the colors of autumn remind me
also of the  great variety of people that surround us as we travel this great
country. One recent travel allowed us the opportunity to meet the unbelievably
fun and talented comedienne, Anita Renfroe. (Check out her website at the link
provided in Friendz of Interest .)
Our ribs still
hurt from laughing so hard. (Which also brings to mind my desire to find a good
BBQ place where I can use my new bluegrass skills.)
Until then,
borrow from God’s autumn color palette to create, inspire and
encourage!

We’re continuing our series of potential
leadership teams for you to consider in your Creative Friendzy
group.
Connected
Friendz help ensure that your friendz stay connected together. One,
two or 10 friendz can divide the list of those who were unable to attend a
Friendzy meeting. Follow up each absent friend with a call, postcard, email or
letter (on Creative Friendzy stationery, of course!). Let them know that it’s
just not the same without them!
Festive friendz are those
friendz who love to get together for any occasion or no occasion at all. This
team could plan a go-cart outing, a pottery class or a movie night. They are
responsible for all the details, pricing, times and of course lots of
laughs!
