Did you know that when friendz get together, the calories (usually
sugar-filled) that are consumed during the  shared time are burned up through laughter? It’s as if you had

Okay. Okay. We don’t actually have medical documentation that our theory is
correct, but the Bible does say that “a happy heart is like a good medicine!” We
agree.
After we’ve spent time with friendz, many times our mood has lifted, our
heart is encouraged and we feel as though we can make it one more day.

February 3, Springfield, MO
Pam & Kathy had a great time with the wonderful friendz at the
Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. They recalled a humorous moment
involving laundry and reminded each one to “clothe herself with
compassion.”
February 16-18, Pinelow, WA
Pam & Kathy had fun weaving a “tapestry of friendship” with the ladies
of Moses Lake Assembly of God. Studying Colossians 2:2 provided a refreshing
time of laughing and ministry as women were encouraged to become knitted
together in God’s family.
Pam & Kathy also had opportunity to “burn some friendship calories”
with Kathy’s incredibly fun sister, Joyce, and their lively, laughing friend,
Kristi (missionary to Serbia-Montenegro) at Red Robins in Spokane,
Washington.
