Summer Greetings...to all our Creative Friendz! Some of you may have been wondering what has been going on in the laboratories of Creative Friendzy. After all, it’s been a while since our last newsletter. Let me assure you that we have been busy, creative beavers during the Winter and Spring months. Kathy is a fabulous friend, incredible writer, seasoned speaker and in her other waking hours a full-time missionary to Latin America and the Caribbean. She works with a variety of people to provide resources for Spanish-speaking ministries all over the world. (Believe me, her creativity is amazing and the recipients of these resources are so grateful!) In between our Creative Friendzy events, she has been working feverishly to finish some pressing projects and start new ones. To keep up with Kathy’s other life, visit her site at: www.rdmlit.org. Pam continues to enjoy making new friendz and thinking of excuses to visit over lunch. Her life recently transitioned into a new adventure—maybe it's from hanging around Kathy so much…and definitely from the Lord’s leading. Pam and the rest of the Mortons will be moving from Missouri to work full-time among the Arab Muslims in East Africa. What brought on such a decision? Well, you’ll have to visit our other site at: www.4mortons.com. Creative Friendzy continues and will continue to reach women all over the US and even around the world. We wanted to update you so that you’d know that we want to keep growing in godly character, building community among friendz like yourselves and using creativity to share the love of Jesus with all those we encounter wherever we are in the world. Our prayer is that you desire the same things. You’ve heard from us. Now we’d like to hear from you! What’s God doing in your life? Send us an email and tell us. Afterall, that’s what friendz are for! So good to be friendz,
Pam & Kathy

• SMOOTHie SAILING. Invite friendz to a smoothie bar. Everyone order a different flavor. With clean straws ready, try a sip and pass it to the right. Keep rotating until you’ve tried them all. Vote for your favorite.
• BBQ AND BLUES PARTY. Invite your friendz to a backyard barbecue. Ask everyone to wear blue. Play Blues music in the background. Spend time talking with one another about things each person does to get out of the “blues.” • SALAD AND STORIES SWAP. Ask your friendz to bring their favorite summer salad to your home or a local park. Also, bring copies of magazines, books, etc. After eating, plan a time for swapping your reading materials. Include a neighbor who may need a friend or would enjoy meeting new people. © 2008 Daisies in the Rain Publishing Co.® All rights reserved.
